 rities to accelerate a Safe and Sustainable Ocean Economy (S-SOE). A stron
 g and innovative S-SOE is essential for the transition toward safe and blu
 e-green economies: decarbonised shipping\, green port infrastructure\, off
 shore renewables\, and sustainable seafood systems are rapidly becoming ce
 ntral to climate-aligned investment portfolios. Financial institutions\, i
 nsurers\, re-insurers\, ocean industries\, governments and development fin
 ance institutions all play a pivotal role in managing risks and seizing op
